Data Deletion Instructions

If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to Promoto AI, you can request deletion of your account data using the steps below.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Log in to your Promoto AI account.
  2. Go to account settings and request account deletion.
  3. If you cannot access your account, email [email protected] with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
  4. Include the email address used in Promoto AI and, if applicable, your linked social account name to help us identify your account.

What We Delete

Upon verification, we delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, including profile information and connected social integration data, except where retention is required by law, fraud prevention, or legitimate security obligations.

Timeline

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. In some cases where legally required, limited records may be retained for compliance and audit purposes.
